If you want to learn Jiu Jitsu, no- gi grappling, or Kick Boxing (adults), WE have the classes for you!
Jiu Jitsu is a martial art that specializes in the use of combinations of tactical and mechanical advantages to focus a very high percentage of one’s personal strength against a very lower percentage of an opponent’s strength. Imposing this will, disables any ability to fight. It was originally designed to allow a smaller or weaker practitioner to defeat a larger opponent. This art form consists of grappling systems and techniques.
The goal of our youth Jiu Jitsu program is to teach your children to defend themselves with the same principles as adults, while simultaneously teaching them discipline, respect. This helps keep them healthy, happy, and have fun!
Where Jiu Jitsu is usually trained in a a gi, or kimono; No- Gi Jiu jitsu has risen through the popularity of submission grappling and MMA. Both styles tend to compliment each other, and ultimately become more enjoyable when perfecting one’s craft. They are both equally applicable in self defense and competition scenarios.
Kick Boxing (adults)
With the very Popular Mixed martial Arts constantly rising, it only makes sense to be able to sharpen your skills in kickboxing. We are developing a class to keep your skills honed in, while staying in fight shape!
